This one day workshop, which is for senior leaders of the division, is to develop specific actionable goals which will lead to significant changes in the business unit’s FEI. Evidenced based data will be determined, prior to the workshop, by comparing the business unit’s FEI against the benchmarking survey done in over 250 companies.
