    The research discussed throughout this web site is based on findings generated from an evidenced based approach. What do we mean by an evidence based approach? It's using data from carefully constructed studies and experiments that provide clear evidence for the basis of drawing conclusions - in contrast to anecdotal stories based on personal experiences.
